Taboo Studios creates and distributes entirely fictional content. All characters, storylines, and artwork featured in our mystery kits are original creations and are not based on, nor intended to depict, any real individuals—living or deceased.

However, in compliance with platform and payment regulations, we provide a process to address any concerns related to personal likeness, misidentification, or inadvertent association.

How to Submit a Request
If you believe your likeness or identity has been used without consent, you may request review and potential removal by emailing us atsupport@taboomysteries.com with:

• A link to the specific content in question

• A brief explanation of your removal request

• Proof of identity (we may request verification to prevent fraudulent claims)

Response Timeline & Review
All requests will be reviewed and responded to within five (5) business days. If the investigation finds that valid consent was not provided or is no longer applicable under relevant law, the content will be removed.

 

Appeals Process
If you disagree with our decision regarding your request, you may appeal in writing. Appeals will be reviewed by an independent member of our compliance team or, if necessary, referred to a neutral third party for resolution.
