Delusions. Obsessions. And two dead bodies. Welcome to group therapy...
The Story Line
Welcome to the Whackbury Asylum
Whackbury Asylum is a dilapidated, musty labyrinth of creaking corridors and questionable therapies. Rumors swirl that one patient, or perhaps many, have conjured an invisible lover named Casperella. She’s the talk (and terror) of the asylum: some claim she’s their exclusive partner, others suspect she’s “cheating” with half the staff and patients. Tensions build, secrets fester, and soon…someone ends up pushing up daisies.
The Characters
Each character has a distinct reason to obsess over—or fear—Casperella. Some might want her affection, while others want to prove she doesn’t exist. But everyone’s a suspect once blood is spilled.
